Labels folded in a zigzag stack instead of on a roll: more labels per pack, they feed into the printer without a core and come out flat.

Zigzag labels, better known as fanfold labels, come folded like an accordion instead of wound on a roll. They are blank labels for printing on your own premises, in a format that saves space, roll changes and printer jams. ## Advantages over rolls

- **More labels per pack** : because they are folded, there is no hollow in the middle, so the same box holds more labels and you need to restock less often.
- **No core** : the stack sits next to the printer and the labels feed straight in, with no roll holder.
- **They come out flat** : they do not curl as they leave the printer, so they peel off and stick down better.

## Where they are used

At shipping stations and in logistics, where hundreds of labels are printed every day: addresses, tracking codes, barcodes and pallet labels. Also in printers with no room inside for a large roll, because the stack stays outside and the printer simply draws the labels in.
